You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your order.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and bills must be intact and included

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging

💸 Refunds / Return Claims

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the quality is not up to standard, you can request a refund by contacting our team. The product must be returned unworn for the refund to be processed.

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers are not eligible for return or refund.
However, you may request an exchange if the item meets the eligibility conditions above.
